Tasty and easy to spoon out.
Nice flavour and strength. I like that the matcha came in the actual tin, rather than in a packet in the tin, because it was easier to spoon out.

Mild, flavourless, causes nausea
This is a very mild tasting Matcha. Perhaps the finest ground, fluffiest powder I have encountered. Not bitter when prepared as a stevia sweetened latte, but also pretty flavourless. It lacks a depth and richness that I used to get from Kineta, or the sweetness from Spring Blossom. Worryingly, I also found this brand causes me nausea and also caused my housemate to vomit. Neither of us have experienced this with all the other brands we have tried. Matcha sellers really ought to supply certificates to show testing for heavy metals and other potential contaminants.

This matcha is really good
I’m a huge fan of matcha and I used to order my matcha from France but it’s too expensive. And this matcha is an amazing alternative mostly for the price. I’ve ordered 3/4 because I’m so scared this matcha can be out of stock. I have to say compare to brand like Anatae it’s the same taste and better than the Milia Matcha. But less good than the ippodo tea. And as I love my matcha quite green with this price I can add more ☺️

Not a ceremonial grade matcha
This product is certainly not a ceremonial grade matcha; which is reflected in the price.

It's real organic matcha tea from Japan.
The media could not be loaded. I've been using matcha since 2015, best matcha tea comes from Japan, you can make tea with it, or use it with baking/cooking usually they are called culinary grade matcha, saving the sweet ceremonial grade one for drinking. This one is definitely organic matcha tea ceremonial grade. It should smell and taste fresh like a vibrant dark green forest, not a dull green and it should not make you sick, if you feel sick after having matcha tea, it's not the real thing, and maybe due to higher heavy metals content, or it came from a place where they use pesticides (non organic).Ceremonial grade is the matcha tea that tastes more naturally sweeter due to it's higher amino theanine content. I made it with hot milk, but you can use hot water instead. Put half a teaspoon of matcha powder in a cup (not heaped), about 1g either hot water 70-75oC or hot milk put a bit mixed in with matcha powder, use a whisk machine, or the traditonal matcha tea seperator, then when it's nice and smooth, add the rest of the hot water or milk and should makes up a nice creamy green foam on top tea drink. Can't find a fault with this product, it didn't make me sick, it's exactly as stated, lush, vibrant dark green like a forest, and smells fresh, thus it's the real thing. Should make up about 1g per cup so 30 cups worth, these are typically 15 quid for a month supply, and has a 2 year best before date.
