I was skeptical at first, but after investigating the pros and cons of the product, and after actually using the product in my workout routine, I am convinced that this is a bargain for anyone on a budget for home gyms!!!

This thing is awesome, especially for the cost. If you are new to working out or just not sure where to put your hands to focus on a specific muscle group while doing pushups then this thing is great. I was worried about it being flimsy because as far as pushup boards go this is on the cheaper end, but it's actually pretty sturdy! It's a great gift for any guy in your life. I got it for my brother and after seeing it I got one for myself and then I got a third one for a friend. It's a great item to have.

The base plate feels kind of flimsy, but it does the job. I like the options for different positions, and the legend is printed on the unit telling you what areas the different positions work. The markings are color coded and very helpful. The price was good, and I’m pleased with the purchase, just a bit skeptical on how long it will last. But so-far so-good.

I bought this product in hopes of working out from home. The three stars is because the product is not sturdy at all, but it gets the job done....The product will shake while preforming push ups. Its not flimsy like its going to break, its just not sturdy.But I can say, it still gets the job done perfectly. I am able to preform push ups using specific muscles and I feel the burn in the specific places they claim. I love this product for the price

I bought this for my grandson and he absolutely loves it. He said that it is very durable and it has helped him a lot with his workouts. It is so light that he can carry it in his backpack. Very easy to assemble.

This product was given to me as a gift and I am enjoying every minute of it! This comes handy and useful when I am unable to go to the gym and want to get a quick workout in. I usually do a circuit with each color and gets a good pump going. Would recommend anyone looking for exercising equipment that can easily be packed for travel and work out on the go!
