I take one of these into uni everyday and I eat them whenever I get tempted to go for a takeout. Definitely aiding my weight loss, I've lost nearly a stone (14lbs) so far. Though these arent entirely responsible for the loss so far, its the fact I can say I've able to control my cravings with these. Many times on the way home I'd get hungry and having these 95 calories is significantly better than going for a takeout meal worth atleast 3-400 calories. Definitely recommending for anyone who keeps getting cravings for junk food, but you must remember that these on their own won't help you lose weight. And neither will eating a few of these a day. I've limited my self to 1 a day max, and most days I don't need them. They have a similar texture to Mars bars and taste pretty good. Obviously not as good as Mars bars or other chocolates but when you're hungry they will taste better. And you'll feel better knowing you only 95 calories rather than a few hundred. Got a box load as it worked out best price. I keep these for weak moments when i need a fix and can relax knowing they're still under the allowed 100 calorie limit. I've seen myself saving my snack allowance and having three of these instead on a Saturday night. You still need some control though as they are easily eaten, 3 can be done in no time and they aren't very large so don't get too carried away. It's good to have something like this to fall back on and they don't impact on the weight loss, at least, I've not had any disappointment from having munched some.
