Fantastic for making great pina coladas

excellent for PINA COLADA
Don't quite know what the other reviewer was using this tin for, but it makes excellent Pina Colada. 2 parts white rum, 4 parts good pineapple juice, 1 part cream, 1 part COCONUT CREAM.My other favourite is "Wedding Cake" 2 part white rum, 1 part Amaretto, 3 part high quality pineapple juice, 1 part milk, 1 part double cream and 1 part COCONUT CREAM. Once opened you need to find lots of recipes to use it up- try Diffordsguide Cocktails 9 or a web search.This is a specialy sweetened coconut drink base and not solidified cream of coconut for curries, or coconut milk or even coconut water. Hard to find, I'm pleased it is now available via Amazon. Also available in a 6-pack for cocktail freaks.
