Takes some getting used too to adjust the straps and to get the fit right for my chair but now I LOVE it!! I can sit in my home office chair and feel my back is supported all day, it feels like a large pair of hands cupping my back and cradling me. It is a bit expensive but it's very good quality and it looks like it will last a long time. No back ache so far after all day working from home - would recommend!!

Someone once told me that this is the best back rest but I didn't believe then. Then I had to work from home so invested in this scary looking back rest and I'm more comfortable than being in the office!Putting aside the fact that they look like lungs, this back rest is really tall, and depending on how you put the strap around your chair, you can have it as high as you like, meaning you can use it with a seat cushion also.The strap has a rubber like texture that keeps it from slipping, I have mine in the shape of a pretzel which works really well, I've never had to readjust it.The two sides of the back rest move independently and you can adjust the whole thing depending on your height.My colleagues are always complaining about how their backs hurt and, honestly, I feel smug.

I'm 120kg/189cm, and have a wide back so this rests on my mid lats. I bought this for use at home and at work. At both places, with two different chairs, and a plethora of positions, this has done about as much as a pillow in terms of support.I don't know if it's because I'm not a 50kg lady, or if I should've seen a doctor and nutritionist and taken to a completely healthy standard weight according to height before I met the pre-requisite to use this chair, but wow, I've not had something I considered upper budget (where most other backrests are between £15-25, and this is £65), to be so useless.I used this for 2-3 weeks, about 50 hours a week, in all positions under the sun before calling it quits.Completely avoid.

I used this on my computer chair. I've never tried a 'H' shaped back support, and to be honest I didn't feel it was that comfortable. I tried a couple of positions with it up and down the back of the chair and finally settled with it fairly high up resting just below the shoulder blades. When I first tried it, I used it a lot lower at the base of the back but it just wasn't comfortable sitting with it there. The straps are a bit fiddly to put around the chair and keep it in the right position, and did need another pair of hands to hold it in place. It does move a little bit however, and the straps need tightening every now and then. I don't feel it's value for money at the current price, and feel it would need to be a lot less.

In the majority of cases, I find that desk chairs typically provide sufficient support for my back however, there are a small number of cases where the back of the chair can cause a significant about of discomfort. In cases like this, a lumber support can be invaluable, as it provides direct support for the arch in your back.However, it is therefore very important that it is positioned precisely to suit your back - get it wrong and it's very uncomfortable, but get it right, and it makes the chair much more comfortable than would otherwise be the case.The downside is that the positioning of this is unique to the user and if anyone else is using the same chair, you might find that you need to re-position on every occasion, which can be time consuming. However, this is likely to be a small price to pay for having a comfortable chair.

The back rest is adjustable in height & is very comfortable to support My lower back up to My shoulder blades. Feel extremely well supported & very comfortable now on settee, dining chair, plus wheelchair to just sit in , moving around indoors. Also in Car it has helped my spine on the 2 journeys that I have had to take since receiving it from Amazon. Goes very well with the Kensington Foot rest for complete comfort for Me ! 10 out of 10 !!!

La recomiendo ampliamente para mujeres bajitas como yo, ya que todas las sillas de escritorio nos quedan grandes. Con este respaldo no se oprimen tus piernas ya que puedes sentarte completamente con la espalda recargada y puedes doblar tus piernas sin sufrir de dolores en la parte trasera de tus rodillas. Yo la recomiendo en combinación con un banquito para apoyar los pies.

J'avais acheté un coussin lombaire en mousse mais à l'essai, il se tassait et ne m'incitait donc pas à me tenir droite + il gênait mon coussin gonflable d'assise. Ce soutien lombaire en revanche a remporté mon adhésion dès l'essai: ajustable au niveau de la hauteur selon votre taille estimée, et donne un véritable "upgrade" à ma vieille chaise de bureau: j'ai maintenant l'impression d'être assise sur une chaise ergonomique, le soutient bouge avec mes mouvements de manière à toujours soutenir mon dos, sans s'affaisser. Le plus de ce soutien est qu'il est compatible avec mon coussin d'assise. Le prix de ce soutien lombaire est le double de la version mousse que j'avais essayée, mais ça vaut vraiment le coup d'investir pour les longues journées passées devan l'ordinateur.

Utile all'ambiente da ufficio ma anche a chi passa molte ore a giocare al computer, i dolori e infiammazioni si sono attenuate, la costruzione è progetta per durare, sarebbe ottimo anche un supporto cervicale.Sembra molto semplice e superfluo ma in realtà è chiaramente uscito da qualche romanzo di fantascienza,uno di quei oggetti che si danno per scontati nel futuro.
