I judge a product on whether it gets the intended job done, and how convenient it is to use. I am very happy with this product for the following reasons.First, it is tool for the printing of labels. It prints label for me quickly and quietly.It gets the job done, quietly and efficiently. What makes it exceptional is the convenience. First, it has a very small footprint-about the size of a coffee mug. Second, it operates through Bluetooth-which means there are no wires or connections required for use. It uses thermal printing, which means you never have to deal with finding or adding ink. As long as you have labels you are good to go. When you have used up your roll of labels, a new roll can be added in about 15 to 20 seconds. Replacement roll are easily available on Amazon. I am a happy Grandpa.

I haven’t been impressed in a long time. I’M IMPRESSED with this compact label printer. Easy instructions, easy to use and portable. It has blue tooth and can connect right to your computer. I’ve already started using this to label all my crafts and waiting for my extra rolls of labels so I can color code. It also comes with so many templates for whatever your needs are. I am so pleased I did my research and chose this label maker. I am extremely happy with its performance, size, and quality of the print. I will recommend this to all my friends.**5 STARS**

Pros: I'm moving this coming year but I need to reduce my collection of stuff. This little labeler has been great for me as I can make a short, general list of things in the box from an Excel table (I haven't tried the Excel table function but have generated address labels from an Excel spreadsheet) or label a box that will be donated to keep everything separate and organized. I'm also using this labeler to make address labels too. They look so much better than handwriting them. It works via USB or Bluetooth. Using Bluetooth means not carrying a laptop to the basement and back up again. The app is very good.There are only two buttons on the printer but the functions are well designed. Just hold the power button 3 secs to turn on - hold it again to run through setup.Cons: I had some concerns that while it was on USB the display kept flashing and the battery indicator never "topped off" indicating a full battery. I left it plugged in and the flashing resolved but the battery never indicated a full charge. While customer support was timely in getting back to me they did recommend leaving the PM220S plugged in for 24 hours on USB. Battery indicator did not top-off.Last con is finding labels. This little printer will take continuous labels or cut labels - the ones that are single labels with about 6mm between each label. I've had some difficulty finding real address labels that are around 50mm X 15 or 20mm instead of 50mm X 30mm.Summary: Inspite of some of the issues I would recommend this label printer if you need a way to print labels without being tied to a computer. I works very nicely for both jobs.

This little label maker is so fun! I love that it’s little and easy to carry around. Since it uses Bluetooth it’s great for on the go printing and the labels are a great size and seem to be good quality! I also love that it’s a thermal printer so I didn’t have to buy ink. The app was easy to download and set up and came with quite a few templates that are customizable as well! It comes with a charging cable but also came charged so I was able to use it right away. It seems to be a great little label maker!
