Mixed this with MSM, bought from this company also. I take it once a day. My scalp is itching, which means your hair is growing. That is true. Think of it like this: when a plant comes up from the soil, it pushes itself up through the soil. It only makes sense that when our hair grows we get a tingling sensation we called an itch. I know it is working!!!!! I can feel it!!!! Love your products!!!! Oh, I take a half teaspoon of each. Please drink plenty of water. Again, think of it like a plant. Must water it daily in order to grow. Plenty of water. That is the key.

I appreciate the size, only each dose has to be measured on a micro scale. No tsp, tbsp value here. Otherwise, seems good as I’ve not used it yet. Gotta go buy a scale now. 😁
