Very good
I use to bake Keto cakes every weekend and one of the recipes including ricotta, very good quality and worked out very well with my cake. Highly recommend.

Fresh tasting and smooth
I was very pleased with this ricotta, it was soft and smooth and fresh-tasting, as good as the slices I used to buy in my favourite Italian deli which were cut from a whole, drippingly fresh cheese.

Grainy, bad texture, nothing like name brands which are only slightly more expensive

Cheap product, cheap price , added additional products to improve flavour.

Didn't beat cheaper options
I was surprised to see this didnt beat cheaper options from other stores and supermarkets. Perhaps it was the heat that made my food go off so quickly I don't know but it had a horrible taste. I asked other family members to try and they reacted the same. Was a shame as we had purchased it for dinner that night. I cant see myself ever buying it from here again- I have had better from the poundshop
