Very nice and cruelty free of course!
I bought two different types, both nice but now I am confused about which one was which. I think that this one was the one that could easily have been mistaken for Dutch Edam, both in taste and in texture. The other was the Morrison's own brand which had the texture of a mature cheddar and a slightly nutty / smokey flavour. I would certainly buy both again, shame I can't get them in Aldi / Lidl as yet.

Rubbery block of erm, cheese?
Dreadful stuff, the block resembles a really bad block of rubber. The taste has a really strange texture too.You can only save this by grating it, as it is great on nachos, otherwise I’d avoid, unless you like eating something that resembles a black of silicone sealant.

Made me turn vegan
I was vegetarian for a long time. but there were few dairy products I couldn't live without, cheese in particular. After tasting this cheese and few other Vio Life product I've realised that is a possible to go completelydairy free, without loosing anything.

Think of a famous brand of processed cheese triangle that has hardened so that it now feels like tyre rubber, then remove all of its taste and add the foul stink of month old festering sweaty socks. Then decide if you actually want to pay for it and put it in your mouth. If the answer is yes, then this substance might be for you.
