Perfect tool for the job.

For a couple bucks these are worth having in the tool box. They are made of a heavy gauge and can handle even the heaviest of truck calipers without bending. These safely keep your caliper up out of the way while doing any brake work. No more balancing on top of the steering knuckle only to knock it off. These prevent damage to the flexible lines while working on your car. Hanging the caliper from the hose can be damaging. If your caliper falls when balancing it on top of everything it can cause a kink in and damage the flexible line. These have a heavy paint coating on them to prevent rust and covers over the ends. The bright yellow helps them stand out. For a couple bucks, just buy a set and put them in your tool box. I definitely recommend them.

So these are as good as any others out there that aren't junk - they work and are strong enough to securely hold Brembo/dual piston calipers. If you do your own brakes (or plan on it), it's really worth getting a set of these. Sure, you can use a bucket or bungee cord, but there are compact and really are a lot nicer to use than buckets or bungees. Overall worth it. I would easily get these again. Once you have them, it just makes sense and you won't want to be without them for brake jobs.

average there’s not really a way I could think of changing them and they work like any other brake hanger most the time I don’t use them and just set the caliper on the frame but wanted to check them out and see if I would actually like them and honestly I do like not having to worry about the caliper falling off If I really have to crank on a bolt or something

These are nice solid steel coated hooks for the price. They are a little small compared to some other brands I have. So they may not work as well with some of your larger calipers on 4 wheel drive vehicles. But still worth the money.

these brake caliper hangers work great, I have always just used a bungee cord but these work way better and are way easier to use.

They are exactly what they claim to be, and are well made. I like they are fully covered with no exposed sharp metal parts that might catch and damage hoses, or scratch paint.But yeah if you need some hangers these will do the job and are affordable.

Anyone who tells you it's ok to hang the calipers from the brake lines during service should be ignored. These are a necessity when doing your own brakes and this set is a great option.I tend to break or lose mine every couple of years and have had plenty of different ones. These feel just as nice as any of them, and have held up great so far.
