Great quality drawing pencils, this kit is so full of everything a beginner artist would need. My son is a beginner artist and these pencil kit worked just great for him. Smooth drawing and shading, smooth finish of your art work. Overall this pencil kit is great.

I love to draw in general, and use graphite and charcoal, among other things. I got this kit mainly for the accessories, wide range of pencils, and yet more supplies to burn through. TL;DR, this kit a great starting point for anyone looking to get into drawing.The zipper case is fairly slim and holds everything. It does a good job of holding all the things in place. The pad is really cool because it comes with white, tan, and black paper, which is really cool and particularly useful for using with the white charcoal and white gel pen (in combo with black charcoal or graphite).The pencils and charcoal pencils are all fine, and in particular the graphite comes in a very wide range of light and dark shades, plus a woodless graphite pencil (these are a lot of fun). The sticks are also cool, and I never had graphite sticks before - they are fun and work great. You get lots of accessories for sharpening, blending, and erasing the various media. Finally, the double ended pencil extender is good for when your pencils get short - very handy.Overall, it's hard to beat this as a starting point or to round out your drawing kit.

I love that there are several accessories that are not often included in smaller drawing sets -- tools like the pencil extender, blending spatula, eraser pencil with brush, and boxcutter/sharpener. Also, the small drawing pad comes with white, black, and brown kraft paper which allows a bit of additional experimentation with different papers for the recipient of this set. That being said, before gifting to a younger child, be aware that a sharp cutter is included.The case that this comes in is a simple zipper case with elastic loops to store the pencils and tools. The stitching is solid and the zipper operates smoothly. The elastic loops are solid and work well to hold all the individual components in place.

Worth the money

This drawing kit as such a pleasant surprise. it comes with everything you could possibly want to get started (or continue) your drawing journey. As a person who draw for a living I'm really happy with it. It's a great on the go kit with everything you need. I swapped out the sketchbook for my own but other than that, it's great set and very convenient.

This is a very handy case with just about everything you'd need for sketching! I like that it came with different colors of paper so you can get the look you're going for.

I've been drawing for a month now, and the kit has everything I need to kick off..the sketch book is a little bit small, and the utility knife is cheap.
