Cheap semi breathable brace
I have lots of back problems and this brace def got me through the last year I worked and I use now pretty much anytime I go somewhere. It’s plenty supportive and will cover your entire lower back. I like that for a back brace it’s relatively low profile and hides easily under a tshirt. Like all braces it’s hot but it breathes better than more expensive ones.

Would have been nice to include instructions. I had to come back into Amazon to look at the pictures. As of now, I'm having a hard time getting it on. It's either too small or my torn labrum is not allowing me to stretch straps to it's full potential. Will update review later.
