Look wise excellent. But not working. Battery not at all charging. Charged for about 4 hours, still it is not charged. very bad experince

I was looking for an electric lawn mower as I wanted it to light as well as robust. This wireless portable lawn mower meets all my requirements and is doing perfectly well when I tested it on receiving. A spare recharge battery is provided which is great. Product is good for cutiing activities in first 2 weeks but now battery after charging more than 2 hours not able to work for 2 minutes...Also note there is no inication to know battery is charged or not....In this conditions the product is not recommended as the source of power not functioning and for a customer its like a dog gets a cocounut as there is no option to contact the manufacturer on product support. Request amazon to not recomend the product to customer

I purchased this grass cutter in November, and now it has stopped working. After consulting a local electrician, I was informed that the motor needs to be replaced. However, I am unable to find where to buy a replacement motor. Can someone please help?
