It’s good it gives me energy

Packaged nicely. Used the cute little golden measuring stick. Really sticky as it is resin. Once in the warm water it softened and went right in the tea I made. Taste is really strong. Strong but tolerable. This is day one of me using it so I will see if it helps :) I put 4 stars since I just started.

I have to say the smell is very strong with this Shilajit, but it does help with increased energy, and I do feel more focused in the mornings. A little goes a long way. You don't need much, and a measuring tool is included to assist with this. The taste is tolerable, but it is an acquired one. However, it is easy to mix, follow the instructions, and await the amazing benefits of increased energy.

I've hesitated for a long time to write this review, because I don't like saying bad things about someone's product. But my honest opinion is that I don't know if this shilajit is safe and legit or not. I've used other brands of shilajit and experienced noticeable results - increased energy and calm, decreased fatigue and brain fog for starters. But I've not experienced these effects with this brand, maybe partly because I haven't taken it for long enough. And the reason for that is because it tastes and smells so bad. It reminds me of goat poop, and that's not a pleasant flavor to drink. I find myself gagging on it and have to hold my nose to get it down and then rinse the aftertaste out of my mouth really quick. My husband took one sniff and was rather horrified - what is this, and why, dear wife, are you taking this awful-smelling stuff? Are you sure it's safe? Well, I'm not sure. The other shilajit I was using definitely had a strong smell and taste, but it was pleasant, like smoky pine resin with strong earthy undertones. Nothing like the goat poop acidic smell and taste of this goo. That good stuff also hardened when the weather got cold, but this hasn't hardened even though it's gotten thicker. So is this stuff legit? I don't know. Is the lab analysis accurate, or just a made up slip of paper designed to increase trust in this product? I also don't know. But for now, I think I will stick with other brands that at least taste and smell wholesome.

Don't be put off by the smell, the taste is fine (not awesomely tasty - but not bad) It comes with a pretty sweet little tool for measuring. Get yourself a cup of warm water, stick the tool with the shilajit into the cup and it will melt and mix nicely. Sip and go! It's made from resin found in the mountains of Himalaya so get shalijit that has been tested ~ like this brand. Seems I can't win the fight against inflation so I will aim to win the fight against inflammation!

I've bought this product from other brands and got less for more money, and with poor packaging that made a mess when you open the jar, so this competency and value is appreciated.The lid just pops open with a tab and is good and strong so no mess when opening. The large is a large 30 grams. Quality seems good and packaging is deluxe.The spoon is a bit large so start with a SMALL dose (a little goes a long way).The only thing I don't like is that the jar which already has a pop-lid seal is also wrapped in even more plastic and the container is plastic not glass (you will inject microplastics).Otherwise the product is excellent.

I have used Shilajit from a few other companies over the last several months and have come to appreciate its effects. It has really helped with my overall attitude and ability to go through the day to day grind. I actually, to some degree, feel I could lower the dose or even drop a few of my meds after working a bit closer with the professionals.VedVision did a great job of packaging. The box was a great touch. You also get paperwork proving it's quality. Included is also a small metal dosing apparatus that I feel like a complete fool for not understanding how it was used. That is actually something of importance.The instructions recommend a pea size "ball" in warm liquid. Once you open the jar and look in. You immediately notice that it looks like cold molasses and you wonder how you're going to get what they suggest in anything. Well, that nice little golden item is how you do it. On one end it is flat. On the other it has a small hook. For at least two weeks, I used the hook to scoop out what I needed and just held the flat side in my coffee and stirred. Well guess what? That's not how you use it. I noticed on the flat end that there is a small line that shows 400 mg. It's on the same side as the VedVision logo. If you use that in to dispense your Shilajit. You can use the opposing hooked side to hang it off your coffee cup, mug or whatever leaving the Shilijit submerged to dissolve into your drink with no risk of harm to yourself. Yup, I failed my intelligence check on that one.In either case, I enthusiastically recommend this product. I even contacted the person that first told me about the benefits of Shilajit and told him to switch to it.
