The vests are great so far.Get compliments on them all the time. Per the measurements, the vest fits great around the body, but for my dogs, both were way too big around their necks so I moved the velcro and clasps. (They fit great now)Chief complaint: the plastic pieces they give you for the tail are garbage! (They are thin, brittle clear plastic that snap I bent too far)(they WILL bend too far)I took an old mouse pad and used their plastic ones as templates. I cut eight out (four for the two vests and four for in my gear as backup) They work GREAT!Suggestion: make a duckbill style floatable flap for in front of chest/under chin so when they are in the water, the flap cradles their head.

great for small bodies of water for small dogs who aren't good swimmers, gave my Boston Terrier water confidence and allowed him to enjoy the small river with us. Normally he makes a straight line for shore in panic after 30 mins of allowing him to float and relax he swam around us and enjoyed himself.

It’s a bit cumbersome for my pup as he gets in and out of the pool. But he’s definitely our pool shark when he wears it!

I have a pug who is on the smaller side (for now). I got a small. I love that the Velcro goes large enough to wrap around a smaller dog, but if he grows it will still be fine without having to purchase a bigger one. It's perfect. And so cute.

I love this but my dog hates me for it. She's a Frenchie without a neck and putting this on her is not a good time. She is going to have to be weaned into this thing but it's hilarious making her fat little body look like a graceful mermaid. She can't swim.. she just kind of sinks so a life jacket is a must. The picture I shared is of her without the life jacket but it's a pretty cool pic regardless. This is also the day we learned she sinks instead of swims and therefore made me purchase her life jacket asap.

Bought this item for the second time. The first one lasted us two years using it every weekend in the summer. We used to too handle a bunch for loading and unloading and it ripped so we purchased new. Good quality for the price. our dog is a medium in most dog sizing and we thought the sizing ran a tad big.
