Wow, customer service and response.
Excellent item. Great pressure.But I really want to comment on is the superb speed in customer service response and diligence by their office staff. I had to return this because of a loose part hidden within the neck. It took 5 days. Between the time I informed them and the time I received an entire replacement item. I was honestly expecting a month or two for any results, that would Comcast. I definitely will be going to this store again and again.

Good overall product but needs better instructions
All said and done, a wonderful faucet for the price. Packaged well and looks good, materials seem to be of good quality, time will tell. So difficult to find a white faucet these days, and was skeptical because this wasn't a name brand, although my previous name brand faucet only lasted a couple of years.The order you install the parts is paramount to avoid frustration. First, faucet goes into the hole of your counter, along with the hoses. Second, attach the 2 shortest hoses (one that connects to the actual faucet and the HOT water hose). Third, screw the large thread locking nut that tightens down the faucet to countertop. Fourth, connect the cold water. Doing it this way allows the large locking thread to pass through the hoses, minus the cold hose that is done after.

Love this faucet! Only thing was the instructions were as easy, as I was installing it my self. Eventually I figured it out

Cheap alternative.
Package came fast, was missing a bushing in the package. Other than that easy to install, had to switch the hot/cold lines. Looks professional, and at that price can't complain.
