My experience with this cervical pillow was amazing. It is designed to provide support to the neck and head while providing support to proper spinal alignment. I have comebacked neck pain and stiffness after using this for two weeks. The high quality memory foam has a very comfortable size thickness & hardness to provide a comfortable sleep. The outer pillow cover is as soft as cotton with a nice zipper quality for easy washing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone suffering from pine realated problems.

I was sceptical when I received the pillow as I was used to soft pillows. But once I started using these I realised that they were just perfect. The contoured form is very ergonomic and is comfortable both in case you lie on your back or sideways. This provides excellent support to your head and neck. I have a cervical condition and generally used to wake up with a painful/stiff neck. After about a week plus of use all such pain has vanished. Being winters I am not sure how effective the impregnated cooling gel is in keeping the pillow cool though. I'll update for that in summers. I did not find any issue with size, it works fine and neither did I find any odour. I am using a standard cotton cover on it.

Its very soft and relaxing and after using this now I wake up pain free in the morning. Build quality is also very good and have no smell also Its Shape retention is very good as even after using 3 months shape is same.

The product I received was of very poor quality, and the packaging itself was extremely bad and dirty. Both pillows were completely covered in dirt, and the overall quality of the product was very low. Additionally, the product was damaged, and the stitching was poorly done and torn in several places.

I received the product and it's comfortable but the foam inside has too many hole and the outer cover threat came off hanging on the day of receiving itself. I am not surehow many months this gonna last.
