The media could not be loaded.  Love the size, quality and convenience of the bag! Everything was as described - and very reasonably priced for the quality! I will definitely order more - they work great at the grocery store and transferring items to the camper or boat!!

These boxes are okay, but do not fold down handily, as the bottom is taller than the box so when removed sticks out when the box folds together, while the lid bends the opposite way, failing to make a neat storage package. To boot, they are not greatly insulated, so a short trip would be okay but I live 45 min. from the grocery store and find the insulation minimal. Consequently I still need a cooler for dairy and delicate produce.

My order came quickly and all pieces were included in the box. I had read the other review regarding a missing piece of one of the bags but because the quality of the bags appeared to be quite high I decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with the bags when I opened the box. They were packaged well and I love how they stand up when the zippered is closed even when empty. I'm excited to begin using them!

Poor quality. Great bag but the strap ripped on one the first week. The zippers broke on both within 2 weeks and the one bag ripped at the seam. Too bad because the shape and design is great but the quality is very poor.

It is true, you get what you pay for. I went with these because they had decent reviews and they were cheaper than others. The concept is great. But they are flimsy, and the zippers are so cheap, they break.

You can really pack them full and they really hold up. They make taking in the groceries a lot easier now.

I deliver groceries part-time and use these bags to keep cold items cold on the way to the customer's house. Since they can hold 2-4 plastic grocery bags (depending on what's in them) and have sturdy handles, I usually use them to carry the groceries into the house, as well. I definitely overload them at times, but they're holding up well after about a month. I love that they stay open on their own in my car when I'm loading them up.The only thing that bugs me a bit is the zippers. I think they're too small for this application because I have to kind of finagle them into place when trying to zip the bags (even when they're empty). Sometimes they split when zipped and I have to really work to get them to work properly again.

This insulated tote works so well and I keep one in my freezer for when I know I'm going to purchased a quantity of frozen goods and have the other one in the car for refrigerated goods. It's great that they have both the side handles (for heavier loads) and the long handles for the lighter loads.
