READY PLAYER ONE (3D/S) [Blu-ray] [2018]

I loved the book, if you have not read it you are really missing out!I was excited to go see this film at the cinema on its premiere night with my youngest daughters.We watched it and argued with it all the way through because it is NOTHING Like the book that is a favourite not only with me but both of my daughters.At the end of the film we agreed that it was a good film with the same characters but a very different plot.My oldest daughter was working on the night of the premiere and was really annoyed that I had taken my youngest and not her so we went again the next night (all 3 of us) and my youngest and I spent the whole movie watching my oldest daughters reactions to it, which were exactly the same as ours the night before!We have all seen the film a few times now and all enjoy it, however all three of us believe they should remake it but follow the original plot.

I'd already seen the film before once, but after so long since the last time I completely fell i nlove with it second time around

As a gamer, I loved this movie strong cast, great story with Amazing visuals a must watch

Whats not to love about Ready Player One, it's got a great storyline and is not too intense.Definitely recommend it to all ages, and great references to other films.

Apunte importante: primero vi esta película y luego leí el libro.Esta película... no me daba buen feeling y de hecho me negué a verla un tiempo hasta que me recomendaron (mucho, muchísimo, varias veces) el visionado, y la realidad es que, para mi sorpresa, me enamoró desde el principio.Es básicamente una oda al gamer, desde los primeros allá en los 70 hasta los actuales, con una cantidad enorme de referencias, tanto clásicas como modernas. Todo gamer puede verse en esta película.Pero no solo se queda en el gamer: todo geek se ve en la película, con referencias a series de los 80 y a películas de nuestra infancia.Es una película que es todo brillo, y que tiene detalles que chirrían y que solo puedes comprender si has leído el libro.Y es que son dos experiencias que beben de la misma fuente y que cuentan la misma búsqueda del tesoro pero de un modo diferente. Esta película es más cosmopolita, más englobadora, y admite a cualquier geek o gamer entre sus brazos porque siempre vas a encontrar en pantalla algo que va a recordarte a alguna de tus experiencias o juegos favoritos, pero al mismo tiempo ofrece esos momento "¡Wow!" a los enamorados de otros ámbitos (lo dejo en el aire, sin spoilers).Es una película que representa el sueño de todo gamer: ¡queremos un James Donovan Halliday y un OASIS ya!

Leider musste ich die UHD 2x kaufen. Beim ersten Mal hier über Warehouse kam eine total versiffte UHD an. Nach sorgfältiger Reinigung stellte sich heraus, daß die Disc dermaßen zerkratzt war und sich nicht mehr abspielen ließ. Also Return und Neuware bestellt.Da ich den Film auch schon in 3D habe, wollte ich nun auch die UHD Version und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es ist und bleibt ein grandioser Film in allen Belangen. Story, Bild und Ton sind einfach hervorragend.

Partiamo col dire che se non conoscete per niente il mondo videoludico questo film fa per voi!film tutto di un pezzo proprio.per un appassionato del mondo videoludico come me sembrava di guardare un film mai visto prima e con effetti straordinari,storia molto avvincente del film,ti tiene 2h 18min attaccato alla tv,veramente stupendo e infatti alla critica per niente criticato,"elogiato" da tutti.Eh che dire é gia finito fra i miei film preferiti e migliori mai visti!
