Mesitelin Men Outdoor Sports Shorts with Zipper Pockets Quick Dry Hiking Shorts

[Update] I'm updating this review and adding another star as the seller contacted me immediately and offered to provide me a new pair of shorts in my correct size. The communication was great, and I love good customer service so they certainly deserve the extra star.I'll wait until I receive the shorts before adding another update, and hopefully another star!I needed these as lightweight running shorts with zippered pockets and they definitely delivered there. Color was good, material seems good, but the sizing chart is not right at all. I am a medium waist any day of the week (33 waist) , so as per the chart (the picture one) I ordered the XL size. Wrong choice. It was way too big and I obviously should have gone with the actual medium. The picture of the sizes differs from the size chart so next time I’d go with the actual size chart.

With much disappointment I have to return this pair of shorts. It fits perfectly, looks nice, lightweight, and cool, but a key feature is defective in design. Zipper flap is front-facing instead of back-facing. When you're wearing the shorts, flap obstructs zipping in either direction, making it a struggle to open/close the zipper, and putting your hands in the pockets. So, within a few hours, the zipper malfunctioned because of the stress of opening it.Imagine, two hours into a run and you're fatigued, you need to easily reach for a power bar in your pocket. There was no need for a zipper flap in the first place - but then they fix it in the wrong direction.

My son hates shopping for clothes so I just send him clothes now and then. Loves these for hiking and mountain biking in Utah. He says they fit perfectly and are nice and light. He wears a 35" waist pants and the large fit him perfectly.

Fits me well and is very light. Material and stitching seem great. We'll see how good they are in six months.

The shorts are very light weight and comfy but the zippered pockets are ridiculous. Can’t even get my hand in them! If you plan on carrying your keys or phone don’t buy these.

The hiking shorts were too small for me, and I usually am an XL, so I gave them to my friend who is a LG and he loves them. Great quality and super comfortableI bought a 2nd pair of the same brand but different style and they were so small they should have been sold as boys, my daughter a size 1 was able to fit them comfortably, it was ridiculous.

There is no way these shorts are true to size. I am a big guy and orders an xxxxl and they are more like a xl. My 15 year old fit in them perfectly. Great quality but size is way off its mark

They seems to be very light but synthetic material is not very breathable which defies the purpose of having light summer shorts. Ventilation may be ok if you move but otherwise if you are relaxing on your patio chair in summer prepare to sweat.
