I love this! I didn't get anywhere near enough fibre as I should do so this has been a bit of a godsend! It does exactly what it says on the tub and I have had no problems with this whatsoever. It really does mix in well with anything and it doesn't leave a bad taste at all, in fact you can't taste it. It takes seconds to just completely disappear. I also found that within a week my digestive system was working so much better and I wasn't plagued as much with constipation or loose stools either. I used just a spoonful twice a day and just got in with enjoying my life as normal. The only thing that I did notice to start off with was that I experienced a few slight tummy pains but nothing too major, I think it does say to reduce dosage if you do experience side effects such as this. I can't rate this highly enough as it has really kicked my digestive system into shape without me having to force myself to eat foods that I don't like or increase my food intake just so as I can get my recommended amount of fibre into my diet. I like the fact that this product isn't obtrusive in any way, I don't have to change my diet at all, I just sprinkle this into my food or drink and then just get on with things. It gets the thumbs up from me!

Absolutely brilliant. Helps to add fibre to recipes on days where I'm not getting enough from my other food. The other great thing about this supplement is that it has literally no flavour at all, so you can literally add it to anything, and it won't impair the flavour at all. (you won't even know it's there). Works well in either drinks or food also. (dissolves great in any liquid, so can be added to sauces, or coffee, or whatever you like). My daughter often refuses to eat foods that give her enough fibre, and she had real problems at one point where the lack of fibre had gone on so long that it was making her chronically constipated and was in alot of pain. It was actually our family doctor that recommended this supplement as a way to help her digestion issues, and boy was he right. -it works like a charm. The great thing is that as its flavorless and soluble, even though my daughter's an extremely fussy eater, she doesn't even notice this in her food, so it's not even a struggle to get her to eat enough fibre now (as we can literally sneak the right quantities into literally any of the foods that she likes, so now she's getting all the right amounts that she was previously lacking, without being any the wiser). She doesn't have any digestion problems anymore since using this. Excellent product. it has honestly been a godsend!

People seem to love this stuff but it just didn't do anything for me- I really didn't notice any effect. Prior to this I had been testing Fybogel which worked sort of okay but not well enough to repurchase, so I thought I'd have a go with this instead. For me, this just didn't work at all. I've since moved on to taking actual psyllium husk which makes a huge difference and is a lot cheaper than these products.

This product id amazing, it's tasteless therefore you can put it in anything and with no taste or any after taste. It goes to work and does the job with no uncomfortable feelings at all. I put 2 teaspoons in my morning porridge or one in my morning coffee and another later in the day. If I forget then I can put in a glass of juice as it dissolves easily in hot or cold drinks.I discovered this product whilst on holiday in New Zealand as I could not buy my former product whilst there. I bought this as an alternative at the time. I returned home to search on line for it and prefer it because of all of the above qualities. It is cheaper and by buying it here its easier just to re order when supply is getting low. This is so much better than having to eat dry bran cereal. It allows you to enjoy other cereal with only 1 or 2 teaspoons put in the milk of the cereal of your choice. Try it!

It's a very small size, not even half of what I ordered in the past. But the picture looks big.Won't last long, and cost a lot of money. Not the value I was looking for.

I bought this because my diet isn't the best and I wanted more fiber in my diet to help with my digestion. This product actually does what it says on the tin! It's just a white powder that you can add to anything, I add it to drinks. You can't taste it at all, even in just water. At the most you can see a slight clouding but there really is no taste at all or thickening.I've been taking it once a day, sometimes twice, and after only a couple of days there was an increase in my regularity. For the first two or three days I got a little bit of wind as my system adjusted but that went away. There's been no discomfort whatsoever, and not having a buld-up in my gut means I'm slightly more energised.All in all, there's no harm in upping your fiber intake and I'll continue to use this.

I purchased this product from Amazon in July 2012 for £3.70, In December I purchased 2 for £6.78 (£3.39 each)Now the cost of one is £7.45 a 220% increase in six months, very good product but why such an increase??Sound like Boots may be cheaper! Update: Just purchased from Boots £10.50 for 3!!! = £3.50 each = under halfthe price from Amazon - why?

Ya lo había utilizado en versión española, pero lo han descatalogado. Una pena. Está versión, es igual de buena por no decir excelente. Tengo divertículos. Me tomo una cuchara de café con leche y me soluciona el problema intestinal. Llegó al día siguiente y sin problemas. Lo recomiendo

Tastes different than what I bought from well.ca. It displayed light yellow in water. No effect after having it.

bueno para quien no pueden comer fibra de los verduras y semillas , el siguente dia vas mejor al baño.

Mismo tipo de componente y fibra lo tienes disponible en Mercadona (España) a un precio de escasos 3 euros. Recomiendo el de Mercadona y no comprar la marca Benefibra.
