My 16 year old daughter sometimes struggles with dizziness and an ectopic heartbeat. Serious underlying conditions have been ruled out after multiple tests and hospital visits, so we were at a loss how to help her feel more comfortable when she had an episode.Since she's been adding these fizzy tablets to her bottles of water, her dizziness and flip flop heartbeat has improved drastically. I don't know how or why, but she's happier, has more energy, and is now happy to come out for walks and light hikes with us, where before she would prefer to stay at home.Brilliant.However, bear in mind when you buy these, you won't get the version you think you are. You will receive the sport version. The photo is wrong.

We have used these for years now. We often go cycle touring for months at time and sometimes in extremely hot climates. These tblets are not saccharine sweet - but taste nice and most importantly keep your body salts at an equilibrium. No night time cramps for us!!We also use them when working - we are landscapers so are sweating buckets and carting barrows of soil and sand around - these tabs are in our water bottles daily!!Good product - not the cheapest - but not full of sugar and crap!! No contest!!

I have been using another brand for a while but have gotten really sensitive to the taste of the sweetener in products, so I went looking for other brands. I've seen these advertised before and decided to give them a go. Firstly, they're more expensive than my previous brand, but the fact they're one of the few I've found not to have Sucralose, I find that is an understandable price to pay. These Nuun tablets dissolve really easily and use stevia as a sweetener, so don't leave me with that aftertaste I was getting with my previous product. The flavour is mild and slightly salted, which is to be expected with a sodium product. The flavours are nice, even if mild, and don't leave me feeling sick or bloated. Really impressed and looking forward to trying other flavours from this company.

I love these. I drink one before I go out drinking then one (or something similar) when I get back before I go to sleep, along with a couple of Ibuprofen, and rarely get hangovers. I’m still tired the next day, but no headaches or sickness feelings.

Buy these for my daughter who POTS.Keeps her hydrated and salts etc balanced flavours so so but can be a wee bit sweet - she tends to use half a tablet in a litre of water with no added sugar peach juice just to take the saccharine aftertaste away. Other than that excellent value for money and have really helped her symptoms

These tablets dissolve quickly and taste great; strawberry lemonade is a particular favourite.They enable me to train hard without hitting ‘the wall’.

Nice flavour, great balance of ingredients, no problems with intestine (some farts but much less than other similar products). Recommended. It is more expensive than others but it is worth the cost.

These have changed my life. I frequently feel dizzy and faint (POTS). Drinking these everyday along with a lot of water have made these symptoms so much better. For anyone suffering similar symptoms would completely recommend.
