30 patches 21mg/hr
These are light brown adhesive patches.I have been wearing these and they do really help control cravings. This box is the Step 1 patches with 21mg/24 hrs which it says is the highest dose of nicotine patches. The box shows 14mg/day patches for step 2 and 7mg/day patches for step 3 but you will need to buy those doses separately. The patches stay on until I remove them and I didn’t have any irritation. (Note: I don’t have sensitive skin)I have not found any issues with this product.

Good Product
This seems to me to be a good product and delivers 21mg of nicotine to your body and I have been using it for over three weeks now.I have cut back maybe a little, but I think my problem is well I know my problem is that I have been smoking so long it has just become a habit of having one in my hand and puffing on, because I do not wake up in the night craving a cigarette at all so not a nicotine problem, I just want one in my hand and mouth when I am awake because I have been doing it all my life just about.I have COPD and if that can't stop you from smoking then there is not much that will. I have known people on oxygen machines strapped to their sides and still smoking. But this is a good product for you to try before your lungs get like mine because it will catch up to you eventually, but I am going to keep trying. For you smokers please try to quit before it becomes an unstoppable habit! This is a good dosage product to start with.

They do Work but Still Depends on Subject
This patch definitely helps reduce cravings. Will give you a nice 21 mg. What it won't do is reduce irritability. If you are not committed it will probably only help while reduce amount. My friends have tried and the degree of how much they wanted to quit varied. The one that did and followed the program did so. 2 who were so so quitting did find them to reduce there consumption but were back at it when they stopped using patches...

Quality Nicotine Patches - Step 1, 21 mg
These are the Step 1 21 mg patches that are part of a three-step smoking cessation plan. I really like this brand - the clear patches are fairly small (approximately 1 inch x 1.5 inches), they're much more flexible and soft on the skin than the leading USA brand, and best of all are fairly sweat and waterproof. No complaints here, highly recommend!

These patches work as well as the name brand ones
I started out buying the name brand ones they sell at the pharmacy. I was allergic to the adhesive. I can’t use certain kinds of band-aid type bandages either. They really made my skin itch and turn red as soon as I put it on. I got these and had no issue at all with the adhesive. These are also smaller and less noticeable than the others. They work well. I still enjoy a smoke now and then but when I am on a road trip or fly, I just put on a patch and I never even think about smoking. I was never a heavy smoker anyway. A pack would last me 3 or 4 days. These patches are way cheaper and work just as well for me.

3.5 stars for now. I'll be back to update! I believe these are effective however...
I believe these are, or could be effective however, for some reason they never fully stay adhered to my upper arm. There's always a partial part of the patch that loosens off as the hours go on.I have heavy duties & use my arms excessively during work and at times perspire, so it may not have anything to do with the patch.I'm going to attempt these again by using an alcohol wipe first, let it dry & apply the patch. If that doesn't work, I'll add a wide band-aid over the top of the patch. I'll probably try a different area of my body also.~ I'll report back if any of these methods resolved my issue.>> I believe these are a good product as they have the same initial feeling (tingle, warmth) as any other nicotine patch.~This is a "it's me, not you" kind of review :)

So far, so good with the patches...
My partner has been trying to quit smoking again, so I got these to try to assist… Here is their review:The packaging is easier to open than other name brands we've tried, not requiring a scissor or super-human hand strength. This is good for those not concerned about curious children, because you can put them on anywhere, anytime (if you do have small children, you will want to take a lot of extra caution to make sure these are not within reach). The adhesive was good. It lasted all day no matter where on my body I put it. So far I've only used Step 1, which should have been appropriate for my cigarette usage (approx a pack a day), but I did experience some nausea, even when I put it on the lower half of my body. Overall, I found I had little to no cravings while wearing the patches and didn’t have ridiculously crazy dreams if I left it on overnight (which I have experienced with other patches). I like that the patch was smaller than some others and that I got 30 patches per box. These are much cheaper than anything you can buy at the pharmacy, so definitely economical. Would recommend and will repurchase if I should need to repeat a step along the quitting journey.
