Very bad Customer support
Don't buy this product as if you are not satisfied with it,they are not going to return the product & refund your amount, the are completely bad in service and only going to return the product if it is broken or damaged. i completely condemned their service and not referring all the enthusiast who are looking for great retro feel.

Pathetic, rip off
The product doesn’t work. I tried reaching out to their customer care, sent them documentation showing the product doesn’t work, but they kept asking to get on a call to troubleshoot which I couldn’t after 5 days of following up because I was out of town (still am). Waste of money, would’ve kept me warm for 5 minutes if I’d just simply burnt it instead. Don’t buy.
