TSA checked to make sure the gel is completely frozen solid. Just make sure to freeze the gel as instructed by the manufacturer and there should be no issue. The container kept my medication cold for an 8-hour plus flight. Highly recommended.

I took this on a trip with me where I knew I was not going to be able to get to a fridge for more than 12 hours. This kept my insulin cold for over 12+ hours. I did put the container in the fridge to help prime the container, so not sure if that helped. Had no issues going through TSA, but I did ask for a hand check of the insulin. So was in the container from from about 4:15am, then hung out in the container and car till about 7pm. The ice block was still frozen and container was cold and so was the medication. Will put it more to the test when I go to Mexico in May and a long haul to Barcelona in 2026. This is was one of the best purchases for my medication.

I bought this for a UK trip as we were flying for 10hrs and I needed my Semaglutide to stay cold. I had no problem at both sides with TSA as I informed them what was inside. I also had a letter from doctor saying this was prescribed. The bottle and ice pack kept the vial ice cold the entire flight. I am so happy with this product and would recommend them to any one who needs this.

Doesn't fit as many as advertised but it worked for my needs, thankfully it fit just enough of my injector pens. I take benlysta and could fit exactly 4 auto injectors in there snug. The ice pack didn't last 24 hours, I did an international trip and by the time we arrived it was fully liquid and barely cold. Followed the directions exactly as written. Thankfully the insulation is actually quite good and I had a temperature gauge in there that came with my meds so I know the temperature was still good enough but I can't say how much longer it would've lasted. If you need your meds to remain at a certain temp for a certain amount of time, get a thermometer to test it out before relying on it. Went through TSA just fine, agent thought it was weird which I thought was weird lol but made it through fine. Compact, durable it fell and dented but didn't break or anything.

This is really nice and holds the size injection pens stated. I think it keeps the medication cool for the minimum described time.

I purchased this when this product didn't have any reviews. However their other products are highly rated so I figured I would take a chance. Initially I was skeptical on how many it could hold but it turned out it's more than it would initially appear. The ice pack stayed frozen, the pens stayed cold in the pouch within and after a 14hr travel day including ground, flight and border crossing they made it safely into the fridge. Very happy with this purchase. TSA had no issue with it and I even forgot to give em a heads up about it. When I remembered after they set aside for search I apologized and it took less than 30 secs to clear.
