Would be nice if it had instructions on the package how to use even after looking on Amazon site still could not find any hint of a idea of how to use it properly as far as cooking time and such I’ll try that I’ve all take a guess on how to use it and maybe moral taste better maybe lesser taste better I’ll have to experiment. Haven’t used it yet but with the reviews, I’ve read this sounds pretty good.

Used on a corned beef brisket I smoked on St. Patty's weekend. Real nice flavor!

Best pastrami rub I ever bought!

Used on a venison pastrami. Plenty of rub for numerous uses. I went heavy and barely used any on my small roast. Gave a terrific bark on my little roast. Tons of flavor and spices made it easy and I didn't have to have 10 different spices on hand to mix and match. Little dusty in the bag but didn't effect it overall. Pepper was a little fine vs. More coarse for pastrami. Does have a bit of an orange color but as you can see it darkens right up. Used yellow mustard as a binder and patted a liberal amount of this rub onto all sides of the meat. Created a great bark on this one. I added some fresh cracked pepper corn and that's about it. I have plenty left over for the next one. Worth the money.
