I love this menstrual cup!I am a 32 year old woman and I tried Diva Cup a few years ago. I didn't like Diva Cup because it was hard to get out. FemmyCycle has a ring which makes it much easier to retrieve. I also love the fact that the menstrual blood stays in the cup even when lying or being upside down due to its clever design. I am not bothered by the occasional funny noise when retrieving the cup.There is a learning curve and I was worried that the cup is making my cramps worse, but I think that's not the case - I experimented with and without the cup and the cramping was similar. I worried about feeling the cup for the first few times, but that feeling went away. I also had a slightly scary moment when the cup climbed very high, but after some relaxation I could get it out (again, the ring helps) - so, don't worry if this happens to you as well.After using it for my last 2 periods, I feel comfortable and confident about using it. However, I do recommend putting the cup 30 minutes before going out (or putting a pad) during your first few uses because sometimes it does slightly leak if not put properly - to ensure a good seal, look at the FemmyCycle website. For me, tensing my stomach after I put the cup helps ensure a better seal.This cup changed my life in a good way and I hope it will yours as well!

I watched and read a lot of videos/reviews on cups before finally setting on this one, and I'm so glad I did. It's super comfortable and because it's not designed to open fully, you don't need to "perfect" the insertion as much as other cups so this was a great starter one for me and to be honest I don't think I'd ever try another now. The anti-spill lid is incredibly handy, as is the ring at the bottom for extraction. I've only used this a couple of times, however it's working amazingly well and I only had leaks when I had used it when it was wet. If you dry it first, I've had no leaks yet.It holds A LOT so I put it in in the morning and then clean it in the evening then put it in for bed, then repeat in the morning. Periods have never been so simple or environmentally friendly!!

I find it easy to insert (very soft and squishy) and easier to remove than the MoonCup I used to use. It fits well. The only thing I would warn people about is make *sure* it's settled in the right place, don't assume it will settle itself correctly. The only time I had any leaking was when I hadn't settled it properly and it turned as it settled itself. Now I know that, it's perfect!

I have recently changed from mooncup to femmycycle as mooncup had leaked on me a few times and was quite messy when I removed it. I have found femmycycle to be a lot softer material so I dont even realise it is there and the pull circle makes it so easy to remove. It holds a lot of liquid and no leaks. Just as easy to insert as mooncup. Highly recommend.

This is the third menstral cup I have tried, it is by far the best! I had a mooncup and a Lunnette but both were painful to remove and I found myself dreading the process, so I began to research again. Thank goodness I found this. It is fantastic and I cannot rate it highly enough I only wish I had found it sooner. The instructions are not in English but this was not a problem as there’s diagrams and if you’ve used a cup before it’s the same idea. Fab, fab, fab!

easy to use and clean. holds a lot and dosnt leek easily. (i went to jump evolution. a trampoline place. on a heavy flow day. i was moving about a lot and there was no leeking or shifting whatsoever.) but because of the thick rim its a little uncomfortable to insert (once its in its fine) but realy good fpr high impact movement. forgot i was on my period

Great cup this was my first try after watching reviews on u tube. Does feel a bit strange at first and is very firm so sometimes I can feel a pressure but my cervix is extremely high and this may be due to it moving up.

Loved the fact that it has a soft rim, however it does not suction well. I tried all different techniques, even watched utube videos to help. Ended up leaking quite bad through the night. Waste is money for me.
