I LOVE these lights. I’ve used them indoor for parties and outdoor for Halloween and Christmas to really set off our other lights/displays. They work so well.They’re durable. they have been drenched, baked, and frozen here in our Kentucky weather. And they hold out! They’re bright, vivid, easy to set up. Nice sized, big impact lighting but still small enough to hide in landscaping. The remote has many color options and settings, and during non holidays I use the “daylight” setting to light up our exterior, which is a nice clean warm white look.I would (and have) bought these over and over again. Great price, especially if you catch them on sale. Well worth it.

Great lights, lots of colors to pick from. It worked well for my Halloween decorations. Condensation did build and small rust on the coated frame but wasn’t an issue. Wished it was Bluetooth instead of remote control.

These lights are a great value for the price. The lights are bright and can be displayed in various colors. I can't rave enough about the product and customer service. I lost the remote and the seller sent me a few replacement. I'm going to tell everyone about this product and seller. Thank you for an excellent experience!

I bought these Oct. 2022. They’ve been great! I use then to light the house up at Christmas, this year one of them didn’t work. 😒 the 2 year warranty just ran out. Was wondering if there’s a fuse?

These lights are awesome! I used them outside for Halloween decorations, and they looked amazing. Now, I'm using them inside to elevate the room, and it looks fantastic!

I purchased the 4 pack of these Melpo 500W equivalents lights, specifically for Halloween, to add a fire effect to the decorations. I have four large skeletons, and the plan was to put one light under each skeleton. Per the merchandising, they have multi modes, flash, and 120 colors. My plan was to program this to cycle through red, orange, and yellow - not at strobe speed, just a calm but brisk flashing. Unfortunately, they aren't going to work for this application. These may be great for indoor parties, or if you only want a static color, or don't mind fussing with the remotes.Positives: They are very bright, they have sturdy aluminum (?) cases, and support is very responsive.Cautions: - there are no seals around the glass edges, and I do worry that these will leak (I question the IP66 rating). - to use these outside, you'll need a large piece of wood or equivalent, as the mounting bar is basically a solid strap with holes in it. I had planned on using two pieces of pressure treated woodThe deal-breakers for me were power and (lack of) programming.(Power) These lose their memory if they lose power and need to be re-programmed. Since my decorations are all on a timer, I would need to run separate "always on" power to each light, or go out every night and re-program them. Which leads to the next issue:Programming: Despite the marketing, these have *very limited* programability. The timer function works by starting at the actual time. (Example: If you want the lights to come on every night at 8PM, this means that **AT** 8PM, you need to use the remote, set the colors and patterns, and then set the start and duration.) (There are no brains or clocks in these, only simple timers set from "NOW"). In my use case, the (very brief) instruction pamphlet didn't help and I had to contact support. Although they were very helpful, they confirmed that the programming functionality of this is limited. The flash feature went roughly from a strobe to a railroad crossing flasher with no real in between, and there's no way to program individual delays between colors. This occurred with all four, so it wasn't a defective unit.Setting the three colors meant fiddling with the remote to find each color, choosing the colors, storing them, and then going through the whole programming sequence, outside, in view of the IR receiver, while plugged in and powered on. After doing this, I was not happy with the effect, and even less that they are high maintenance ... example: if the power were to go off - like in the case of this evening's storms, I have to repeat the entire process again.So, as I say.... if you want a static color, or are OK with the limited stock patterns, and don't mind babysitting these, you may be OK. Beyond that, these are not likely to be useful.

I bought these for my backyard they will be controlled by a separate Wifi switch. The remote let’s you change the colours and adjust the brightness. For now I kept I’d on the lowest setting so as not to bother the neighbours.I set it to blue so it has a nice moonlight feel.The unit is well built, but the bracket is a bit awkward since you can’t get the drill behind it. I did not bother trying to remove because they used round nuts…. Although the design did allow me to drill a hole through a piece of wood and use nut and bolt to hold the wood and the whole unit just kinda hangs on my railing..The remote is ok you have to aim it just right. I won’t use it much as I just want the right color and brightness… the setting is retained so you don’t have to keep setting it.

1st of all these lights are awesome. Well built not junk. But not everything can be 100% perfect. Sometimes things get missed. 1 of the 4 I bought, the remote would not control the lamp assembly after 30-40 seconds. Once cooled down remote would work again for 30-40 seconds. I used the Amazon help line, they directed my concern right to MELPO. Well within 12 hrs MELPO contacted us via email, and a new unit is on the way. Now that is customer service! Next time I’m in the market for LED light’s, l will be knocking on MELPO’s door.

The lights are for my pet roaming in the backyard (about 50 ft deep) at night. The light was hung low at the railing in the photo. The daily light has a very good range and serves the purposes. The other colours are too dim. I like the remote control. It is very handy. I follow the instructions to set up the timer but the timer does not work. I will contact the seller for further actions. I like the lights and I am keeping them.

These lights are awesome and light up my whole house. I recommend these 100 percent!

I have 6 of these lights around my house, they seem to last about 7-8 months before water gets into them and they short out.I do like the lights, they're bright and light up the house and barn all different colours.The price is not bad, hence why I just buy again when they burn out.
