There are better shirts for less money
I bought this sleeveless shirt because I needed a 2nd warm/hot weather shirt and Iām writing about its suitability for that weather. There are only two things I want in a shirt: comfort and high visibility for safety. (I would never wear anything other than āsafetyā yellow, orange, or green if I ride on roads where there are motor vehicles.) This yellow version is hi-vis, but it is a distant 2nd to my other hot weather shirt for comfort. After decades of wearing tight and loose shirts as styles and my physique changes, Iām absolutely convinced that ācomfortably looseā cools better. Having enough looseness to allow a bit of air to move down the inside of the arm holes and the neck cools my torso better than a tight shirt that has to rely solely on wicking away sweat, and I do sweat in hot weather and on longer rides. The tapered fit and elastic bottom does not allow any air to move down the inside of the shirt. (If āappearanceā is important to you, then this review is not for you. That said, it is a nice looking shirt.) After reading other reviews, I sized up to an XL instead of ordering my normal L because I did not want a tight fit. Itās still too snug. Another reviewer also said the arm holes were tight. I agree. Quite noticeable, but tolerable, but itās something you shouldnāt have to try to ignore. I keep pulling on them to try to loosen them up.So what DO I recommend? The best ābikeā shirts are not really bike shirts. They are sleeveless (not tank tops) athletic shirts made of breathable, wicking material that arenāt as tapered. I have one of those (safety orange and yellow) at my summer and winter homes and love them. VERY comfortable and they do everything a ābikeā shirt is supposed to do. They just donāt look like bike shirts. Plus, they are commonly $10 cheaper than this reviewed shirt, which was actually a pretty good price. However, I could buy two of the former for the price of this ābikeā shirt.Just my thoughts knowing there are far more bikers out there that feel they have to ālookā the part.Update 8/25/19: After several days of use, I am raising my review from a low 3 to a high 3 star. Everything remains the same except for the following. I now understand why some bikers like the tapered bottom, so that if you have stuff in the back pockets, it doesn't flop around. I do not carry anything in them, so I would still prefer a non-tapered bottom. The upper part of the shirt is actually sized right (just a little loose, but not much), but keep in mind I went with a size larger than normal. The front zipper also came in handy when I was riding on a warm, but heavily overcast day and was able to unzip it part way to stay cool. If it was a blazing sun high UV day, I would have had to zip it unless I lathered my chest up with sunscreen.

So-so. Zips on wrong side.
The order I made never showed up, from early April to today. After I contacted the seller, when it was two weeks delayed, they offered to ship another jersey, which they did.i just received the replacement last week. As far as jerseys go, I would not rate very high, as the material is rough rather than soft like other named brand jerseys I have, however, the major issue I have is that the zipper zips on the wrong side (the right side is placed into the zipper slot on the left, versus the other way), much like a womenās blouse buttons opposite from a mans shirt. Therefore it is awkward for me. Also, the larger size runs small, I bought 4X because I wanted a loose jersey, but it tighter than my 2X name brand jerseys.Aug 12 Update:I finally received the original order today.I have worn the jersey for a ride 3 times so far and I must inform that I come back drenched in sweat. I don't think the jersey is "breathing" well, minimally it is not moisture wicking.

The Perfect Jersey
This is the most comfortable cycling jersey I have ever worn....and I've been cycling for 50 years. You feel like you're wearing nothing....it's amazing. Plus...it's got side vents to keep you kool....and grippers on the bottom to keep it in place. It all works! My only concern is the zipper. It has a full length zipper....which I like. I just hope the zipper lasts. I'm going out of my way to be careful with the zipper....but, other than that....this is one great jersey!....:~)

Good, but zipper is bass ackwards.
This item is a bit against my likes. I don't like tight clothes but that's the idea with a bike jersey isn't it? So, with that in mind, this is a good product. Effective, stretchy, comfortable. It doesn't ride up too bad. My biggest beef is the zipper is on the wrong side. Not sure if that's how they're worn where this is from. It's just very awkward. So, once you're zipped up, you're good to go.

Nice shirt with full zip
Nice shirt with full zip, a must in FL. I'm pretty much a Large in most shirts, this is an athletic fit on my 6'1" 190 lb. 43 chest 34 waist, but should work well enough. I don't think an XL would have worked for me.

Comfortable and great value.
Great light jersey for those warm summer rides and to avoid those tan lines on your arms. šLike the design and got compliments on it already.Bought another oneā¦

Awesome jersey
Great and comfortable jersey. The only consideration is that people might think Iām celebrating gay pride. Not that thereās anything wrong with that. The colors are very similar.

Failed zipper
Bottom of zipper does not stay locked.Happened during first ride and every subsequent ride. Very disappointing as I like the fit, style, and color.
