I ended up with two of them. The first one was in a box so bad it looked as though it had fallen off the truck. When I opened the box it appeared as though someone had put their foot through the side of it. The second one came in a box that at least looked nice but when I opened it it clearly had been broken before it had even been packaged.

Should pack better for shipping
It looks great puts off heat but made cheap for the price and all the glass was loose inside and made a small crack and chip out of the bottom from itDidn’t want to send back because waited long enough to get it :(

Bad shipping and packing
Beautiful and realistic looking. Like - other reviewer, it came cracked and chipped! The packaging is not proper for the type of item. It needs some strofoam on sides as well. If bumped it will cave in and shatter like glass.
