I didn't buy this to consume, but rather as a last ditched attempt to save my vegetable plants.I grow courgettes and squashes in my garden and every year they suffer from powdery mildew on the leaves which slowly kills the plant. Normally I cut off the affected leaves but eventually the plants succumb. I didn't want to use chemical fungicides, but I read somewhere about this and I thought it was worth a try.I mixed it with water in a spray bottle and sprayed all of the leaves once a week, and it worked like a charm! Healthy plants for the first time!

Cutting my sodium intake and this is a great replacement for baking soda. Use it with buttermilk and my pancakes/buns/whatever rise a treat.

I use this for raising my ph aswell as my kh in my fish tanks. Works well and last a while 😊
