Basically, plug it into the BMW Navigation cradle, pair with your phone and headset and ride. It was that easy. Wonder Wheel compatibility is excellent. The wheel controls took a few minutes to get acquainted with, but not too long. Paired immediately with my Cardo headset, so I can control everything via Siri/Carplay through my Cardo helmet microphone (Phone, Nav. Music, Texts, etc.) So you don't have to lift a finger off the bars or even look down to use this thing. Packaging was exceptional (think Apple iPhone) and included a fairly good manual, stickers and a key chain. Unit feels solid, very well made, despite the odd brand name that would suggest otherwise. Expensive, but once you start using it, feel it in your hand and see the crystal clear display, you can see why. Worth it.

The media could not be loaded. It's truly plug and play! Works without any weird set ups. Displays are fun and contain lots of information but a lot is duplicated.... except using the navigation Andriod Auto which is awesome. Plus checking on texts etc mid ride is useful so I don't miss anything important. Screen is clear. Connected to my phone seamlessly. It's a little quirky in places but nothing to put me off. Much better value than BMW Garmin.

I am using AIO-5 Play for BMW on my 2019 BMW R1250RT motorcycle.What works well:The unit fits in the NAV slot (where I had my Motorrad Navigator VI) installed.The unit powers on automatically when I turn on the bike, and turns off 10 seconds after I turn the bike off.The unit can read all the data from my bike, tire pressure, fuel level, rpm, engine temp, several other stats.Installation was as easy as it can get. I popped out my Motorrad Navigator VI, and put the AIO-5 Play. It fits just right and you cannot tell without carefully inspecting that this is not the Navigator VI.After powering on for the first time the device asked me to connect to WiFi (I have very good WiFi signal in the garage), which I did. The unit activated itself in a minute or so and then it prompted to update itself, which it did and rebooted.Then I paired my iPhone with the unit and the Apple CarPlay just worked without any fiddling needed. I just followed the prompts on my phone and the unit. I also have a second phone (Android) - which was also easy to setup for Android Auto.As recommended I kept my phone paired with my Cardo unit and Apple Music, navigation audio prompts, Siri all work seamlessly with audio and mic from my Cardo unit and the display on the AIO-5 unit. I have a very good (Peak Design Qi 2) phone mount with wireless charging installed on the handlebar. So I am going to continue using it.What doesn't work?The Wonderwheel does not work at all. I could not figure out how to use it. It is not important for me. So I didn't try much.

Installation: For my 2021 k1600gtl, the gps/display slides into the nav vi slot with no issue and looks stock. The website wasn’t really clear as to which remote was necessary to control the screen. I ordered the push button remote but the only place to mount it ended up on the right hand on the handle bars. I couldn’t push the buttons easily while driving as that is the throttle side. Returned the push button remote and ordered the 3 pin Bluetooth remote. That allowed me to use the wonder wheel on the left handle bar.So far, limited use but here are my observations:1. Screen brightness set on auto always seems dim. In settings you can manually set brightness but will have to adjust it between daytime and night time.2. The wonder wheel integration is a little cumbersome to move around in the CarPlay screen. Hard to tell what you have selected on the screen.3, Screen is very glossy so reflection and sun over your shoulder make reading the screen difficult. I don’t know if an anti glare screen protector would help this or not.Looking forward to use it on longer trips next spring.

The media could not be loaded. Installation is plug and play as it connects directly into the BMW navigator mount without needing to run any wires or other connections. When starting the bike it automatically connects to my phone and starts Android Auto with Waze and Spotify right where I left off. The integrated use of the BMW wonder wheel is great to have, allowing you to select different apps, scroll through playlists, or start navigation all without removing your hands off the grips. The screen is a good size without blocking any view of the tach or the road ahead, and the automatic brightness is great for riding at night. This CHIGEE unit is a must have for any BMW motorcycle.

I like the Item and hope I can update the star rating in the future. It has the potential to be very good. When Im using google maps from android auto and navigate away to spotify and navigate back the whole google maps screen goes black and wont recover until shut the bike off and power down the unit and turn it back on. So there is some serious software bugs that still need to be fixed here.Also for android auto navigation using the BMW handlebar Pineapple wheel it works okay. There is no way to navigate between the Android Auto lower bar and the Maps/Spotify screen. This is very annoying when hitting the back button on the pineapple wheel should allow you to move more freely between the screens.One other thing, I am not getting any lean degree values into the device. This would be nice to get...Overall I think the display is bright and looks good. Its a little small thought. I think a 6" display would have been a lot nicer, closer to the size of an iPhone/Samsung phone.

I’m very pleased with the Chigee for BMW with navigation prep. It works exactly as described. Very easy to set up and use. Screen is super clear and very fast. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
