Toner works as it should, no problems at all. Will definitely purchase from here again.

Bought this replacement cartridge from Amazon. Unusually , I had to re-start the whole system to pick up the fact that a new Cartridge had been installed.(The printer would produce test-pages from within the printer software, but ignored all pages sent from the Computer... until I'd switched off everything, and I do mean killing the power, not just re-starting Windows.) This minor blip now accounted for, the printer is doing it's job well, & like all my other Brother printers is doing exactly what it says on the tin. Gave up on Samsungs, HPs etc. After many years of buying mixed-brands... Brother have come out way-in-front in my personal opinion, & I only use one old HPLJ now. I have 7 pieces of Brother equipment in two offices & they give the least problems (none really) of all the hardware.

Was a little dubious about this as the fitting looked a bit complex. But no probs, unit slid straight in like a dream.The only cloud on the horizon was that the freepost return of the used cartridge was impossible. The Post Office would not accept any toner cartridges over their counter, owing to the terrorist incident involving a cartridge packed with explosives. Can't blame them really---but it left me unable to recycle the old cartridge.

This product was considerably cheaper than that available at Staples.As it is an original boxed product I assume it will be as satisfactory as previous purchases.

Worth paying a bit extra for the original toner I think. Have had problems with compatible toners and inks in the past. This is the second original toner I've bought from Amazon and so far have had no issues at all. Good quality printing. Brother even provide a free-post label for you to send back your old toner for recycling. (Use the packaging from your new toner)

So expensive! Off-putting but necessary.

I would like to thank Brother for allowing us to return the empty cartridge. It is just perfect as you simply use the box in which you get your new one. Stick a label on the box and drop it at the nearest post office. It is that simple. Thank you for your assistance in preserving our world.

This item is advertised as an original Brother product and priced accordingly. The casing might have been from Brother, but it had been used and presumably refilled - I returned it immediately so I cannot comment on this. However it was damaged - bits were missing from the toner cartridge and it was not in sealed packaging.Unless this product had been tampered with I consider it to be misleadingly advertised - it is not the original toner.
