I’ve experienced pain in my feet while walking for many years which I’ve been able to virtually eliminate by using good orthotic inserts. I tried several brands at first and finally found a brand that has worked very well for me over the years, until recently.I recently purchased a new pair of work boots, more like heavy duty hiking boots, to use while working on projects in the garage, around the house and yard work. I placed a pair of my usual go-to inserts inside to break them in, but after a month they were still not as comfortable as I would have liked. I was at the point of giving up and buying a different pair of boots (and these weren’t cheap) but I saw these inserts and decided to give it a shot.Wow, what a difference. I immediately felt like I had a new pair of now broken in boots. I was amazed because my prior favorite inserts cost about twice as much as these so to say I was thrilled is an understatement.The size was perfect for me so I didn’t have to trim them but I assume you could if needed. The support and the gel in the right places make these extremely comfortable for me. I’ve mowed, used a tiller and aerated the lawn with these and felt no discomfort at the end of the day. Working on projects on the concrete floor of the garage felt super comfortable as well.Overall, they worked out so well for me that I have now found my new favorites. I obviously highly recommend them.

I have a super cute pair of Superga canvas sneakers that I LOVE but was having a hard time wearing all day. They have a very flat, hard sole and wearing them actually made my feet and back hurt horribly after being on my feet all day. I ordered these, cut them to fit, and was finally able to wear my shoes without being in pain! The only downsides I will say are, they are very thick so they did take up a lot of room and made my shoes fit a little more snugly. Also they took a few days of breaking in/getting used to but that may be normal for insoles, as this is my first time using them. I would recommend them to anyone who is on their feet all day and experiencing foot or back pain!

My wife works in food service and is on her feet every day - all day. She says these have been good and comfortable. Supports the entire foot. Would get them again for sure.

Like their 220 lb+ plantar fasciitis insoles, these insoles have deep heel support.The black part is hard plastic, but not as hard as the black part on the aforementioned 220 lb+ plantar fasciitis insoles. The yellow part is a fairly normal silicone foam that does not have memory. The green part is a spongy silicone gel.These insoles are incredibly comfortable and they fit perfectly into 10.5 shoes without trimming. They have made shoes that used to hurt into shoes that I can wear all day. Your results may vary, but I am very happy with them and would purchase again.

I like the gel heel cushioning of these.The arch support is in the right area, but it might be a tad bit high.These offer overall foot cushioning and support.As a reg. replacement for old t-shoe insoles, these work fine.These did fine with a reg. machine wash (delicates bag) & air dry -- nothing came apart.The price is okay -- but watch for a coupon.

without going into too much detail, I have really bad feet. I have good days and bad days where I can barely stand on them for the pain.So, I really need all the help and support that I can get from both my shoes and my insoles.I must have tried almost every brand that there is. all help a little, some more than others. some less than others. And I never really know until I have worn the insoles for a while.I came across this brand and thought that I would give these a try. Who knows? Perhaps these will finally be the magic bullet that solves all my feet issues?As in most cases, I had to trim them a little to fit my shoe perfectly, but once inside the shoe and worn, I could definitely feel the additional added gel padding on the heel and ball, and the heel cup did a great job of keeping my heel in place exactly where it should be.Long-term testing will determine if these are "the ones". But, so far so good. They are doing a great job of adding a little more comfort to my footsteps.Finally, when most ortho-insoles are $40 and upwards for a set, these are priced extremely fairly, by comparison.These are definitely on my shortlist as a favorite, for many good reasons. Though no insole alone will solve all my feet issues, these well-priced insoles, should be somewhere at the top of your list to try, if you too have feet issues.

I have achilles and plantar fasciitis issues so I need a good arch - these have that along with a good amount of padding. Very comfortable and they've held up nicely for the month I've been using them. No complaints.

I didn't really like how these fit. The arches were too high for me.

after trimming the toe area of the insoles, we took out the OEM insoles of one of his pairs of shoes and replaced them with these.They are about as comfortable as any other pair of Plantar Fasciitis insoles.They've been worn for a few weeks and no apparent discomfort after extended work periods.

bought for my boots as have a heel problem which has helped . the size I got fit perfectly with no trimming .

Anti-fatigue Insoles - £22I've had a few of the Welnove Insoles and despite slightly odd way of sizing (L = uk 8.5-10.5) and different size to another pair, despite both being L and fitting my boots. They've all fitted well into my Karimoor Jaguar boots that i use for work and i've not had to trim them down.These appear different to the orange pair i had that were very high arch. These mainly focus on the materials under the foot with cushioning and bounce back, though they do seem a coverall of arch and heel cupping, but then it's rare you only need one thing in a good insole.At £22 they are one of the more expensive pairs in their range, but add gel cushioing which is desirable
