Ended up spending over $2000 because of electrical problems. It kept blowing breakers or just stopped running like it didn’t have enough power. The electrician took a look at the machine and discovered that the cord on the machine was not the correct one for that machine. After the proper cord was installed it has worked fine.

Machine works great. It is a little heavy to try and move from place to place

Had a terrible noise. Then quit working all together

We have had a lot of problems with this ice cream machine. It does not keep the product cold while it is in the storage bin. And we have had problems with belt slippage. And also has a very small storage capacity for finished ice cream. Now when we turn it on it automatically shuts off and gives us a code JJ it is hard to find technicians that know how to work on the machine.

Machine was set up in basement basement temperature 67° hopper temperature 57°when I was reading through the ad it looked like the hopper was refrigerated if someone is buying this for food truck I do not recommend or you might have to put ice cubes in the hopper to keep product fresh for a time but the end result would dilute your product overtime other than that problem the machine works like it's supposed to
