These are lovely and fit our need for hallway lights perfectly. The color shines through nicely but not overwhelmingly. With dimmer bulbs, the light coming out of them is distinctly orange, but with brighter bulbs (100 watt equivalent), it's just a nice warm color. Great trick we discovered with these: if you tilt the bulb mounting base slightly, you can fit standard size bulbs in - the lower bulb tilts more upward for more room, and the upper bulb tilts below the rim so you don't get naked bulb sticking out.

Light should have been a plug in wall light. No plug on this light and it needs to be hard wired so I can’t use it unless an electrician can change over the outlet. Description states “corded electric” which to me indicates you can plug in the cord.Also, can’t return as packaging from styrofoam disintegrated upon opening along with a really cheap cardboard carton. Sad.Update! You Tube thank you! Added a plug to lamps wiring. Lamp hangs beautifully, now.

It was very east to install, I was lucky to have an outlet that was high on the wall, if not, I feel the cord would take away from the look.

The green is lighter in person. I do wish the blue of the dragonfly was a bit bolder to match the green and orange, but it's still really nice. Matches the green/orange night light also on available on amazon through a different seller (though without the blue of course).

Used in hallway and it looks beautiful

Looks great from a distance but up close not as high quality as I would like. Made from plastic not glass.
