Lightweight, simple, and easy to use.
There's no safety switch to mess with so when you need to use it, it's there for you. I work early mornings and wear it and pepper spray around my neck when walking to and from my car. I also wear the same combo when I'm out running alone. I know if I need it, it'll be easy to hit and sound off. I've accidentally bumped into things and it'll sound off. I also like that it looks more like a toy than an alarm due to the bright colors. It's really loud, piercing, and has a unique sound. It would definitely attract more attention than screaming.
