These provide the right amount of insole cushion. I like a little give under my feet while walking and these do just that without the stiffness others have. Talk about putting a little 'bounce' in my step, but maybe that's just the way I walk. The quality shock absorption provided in the heel prevents any subsequent pain in my knees and legs, the alleviation of which I noticed immediately while walking on concrete surfaces. I like the arch support which isn't too high or perhaps I don't notice it much since I don't have flat feet. They also prevent my tendency toward supination so I don't turn my feet. I absolutely appreciate the attention given to cushion and support under the metatarsal area. Like I said, I feel like I have a little bounce in my step now as my feet don't tire from walking all day.Having two pairs in one purchase is really a great idea and saves the cost of buying good quality insoles separately for other shoes. I also like the enclosed shoe horn that really comes in handy especially because I also use it for my kids as they're rushing to put shoes on in the morning. This was definitely a good buy for me.

I bought these because they had such good reviews. I am using them in my work boots and now in my sneakers. I have an arch support that after time makes my foot ache. Pulled out the arch support and put these in. Immediately the pain went way down. After two weeks I have zero foot pain. What a relief.

Both sets of insoles came in the box with sizing templates and a bonus gift of a mini shoehorn.The templates are nice but aren't needed as thankfully the cutting guides are right on the insoles. These ended up being half a size bigger than I needed - I was surprised to find there are only two cut options vs other insoles that have a wider range.

These insoles are used in my work boots. They do help to make them more comfortable, but you're fooling yourself if you think these are just like plantar fasciitis 'doctor prescribed' insoles. Perhaps you'll feel some improvement and it's worth a try. Quality is good. You can cut these to fit exactly for your shoe size. I wear 10.5 men and I did not have to trim to fit. They fit just fine.

I am unsure about these insoles and will most likely update this review after a few months if there is pain. They come packaged extremely fancy! They even come with a fake leather covered shoe horn for your keychain! There are 2 sets of insoles in the box. Unfortunately, I bought size Small and Im a medium, but they do fit up to size 8 (I'm 9), so I'm using them anyway. The arch is high but small (maybe due to the wrong size?) and goes clear across the bottom of the foot, which I thought was strange, but perhaps that is to help with the plantar fascitis? My plantar fascitis is healed but I thought it would be good to wear insoles like these on a daily basis so it does not come back. I'm not sure if these are the right ones, due to the arch feeling too tall & wide but short lengthwise. I just don't like the arch support, so I won't buy the larger size. Just wearing for 30 min and the arch is annoying & I fear will cause pain. These are a close enough fit to get an idea and the idea is that the arch support is just not feeling right. If you are looking for a high arch that goes clear across the bottom of the foot, then this is your insole!

These insoles provide excellent arch support and cushioning. One of my feet tends toward flatness due to tendinitis of the posterior tibial tendon, so good arch support is something I very much need. These insoles compare favorably to the “#1 podiatrist recommended” brand, which I did purchase at my doctor’s recommendation, at half the price. I did not need the templates that were included because my feet are at the top of the size range, but they would be helpful to those at the smaller end. I love the bonus purse-size shoe horn that came with the insoles because it is difficult to put on my walking shoes without them folding down in back.
