Vitacost Synergy Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM 240 Capsules

I've been taking this supplement for years and it does a good job in keeping me active at my age of 72. I highly recommend it to anyone who complains of in activity caused by old age.

I have been taking these for years and the results are questionable. I am not sure what to expect but so far any improvement in movement, less pain and other supposed benefits is questionable.

I have a very hard time swallowing the usually large glucosamine tablets. These capsules are great and seem to help with my joints.

Arrived intact, no problems.

This is helping heal my petellar tendonosis as well as helping my joints from grinding, the effect wasnt overnight and ive found it to take about 1 month before i started really seeing changes, it seems to have helped speed things along, its not a cure all be all, but it really does do great things.

From Davida- I have used this a few times now and have found it helps with continual use.

Hopefully this lubricates my joints...
