Great door lock. Many options for access so perfect for allowing in the dog walker, house keeper and kids.

waste
I bought this smart lock, no brochure included in the box. somebody mention in other commends too. and the front part how to fix on the door, there is no holes or screws in front part. why you can put a proper installation video. i waisted my 2 days for this. And i returned. that means no-1 waste.

So-so installation, cool product
I’m living in the future with this face recognition door lock—no more digging for keys or remembering codes. It works well, recognizing me every time like it’s my personal bodyguard. The downside? Installation felt like I was trying to crack the Da Vinci Code, and the instructions didn’t help. Once it’s in, though, it’s worth every bit of setup frustration.

No manual
No manual to set up lock, no manual to get app name and download. Called 3 times for support they send me to first time set up that say use manual that they don't provide! This is absolutely crazy 🤪 it's a good product with a lazy company that can't provide a simple manual.

buena cerradura, Good lock
La cerradura no tiene buenas instrucciones pero no es diferente de instalar que una cerradura normal. Para programar lo mas difícil es cambiar el idioma a ingles o español para poder entender en la parte interior para poder entender las instrucciones que dice. Luego de modificado el idioma en la parte interior solo hay que presionar * , # 123456 para entrar en la configuración. Desde hay solo seguir los menu para cambiar la contrasena inicial y programar las llaves las huellas y los códigos.The lock doesn't have good instructions but it is no different to install than a normal lock. To program, the most difficult thing is to change the language to English or Spanish to be able to understand the inside part to be able to understand the instructions it says. After modifying the language inside, you just have to press *, # 123456 to enter the configuration. From there you just have to follow the menu to change the initial password and program the keys, fingerprints and codes.
