Worth it for value!
Awesome! All the features work accordingly, the hot water does get hot but the cold water only gives you a cup of cold water before just being cool then room temp. Not bad if you are not filling up say a thermos or big water cup for daily use.

Leaked water EVERYWHERE!!!
This machine is cheaply made of all plastic parts. After unboxing, I wanted to send it back immediately. However, despite the economic build, I gave it a try anyway. After less than 3 months of use, this thing leaked water EVERYWHERE! I went through the troubleshooting tips, and none of this fixed the problem. Now, it seems that I cannot be reimbursed for this. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. Also, there was a charge of 30.00 for delivery...WHY?? it weighs less than 5 lbs. This is a rip off!!

Struggles to stay cold
Nice sized unit , but does not stay cold due to smaller size, keeps cycling from warm to cold every 10-15 minutes.

ITS PERFECT!!
I absolutely love this for my office! I can make my herbal tea or hot chocolate! Its not too big. I have a 3 gallon bottle on it and its perfect for myself in my office!

Super slow for the water to come down
Not a fan of this machine at all. If i need water i have to wait almost 5 minutes for the water to come out!! Then it only cools a small portion of water at a time time so if i want a full cup of cold water i have to use the machine then put the cup in the fridge.

it takes a few minutes for the hot water as you have to engage the power button to start the process, overall a good buy for the money.
