Does not dissolve but it’s like grit between the teeth! Dreadful! Did I get a bad batch? No response from seller.

I had half a teaspoon of this powder, even though the packet says you can have a full teaspoon and unfortunately as soon as it went down, I felt Ill in the first 5 mins. I had a massive headache, stomach ache and felt sick for 2 days . I won't be using it ever again. I suppose it depends on the person who takes it, but it didn't work for me

Tastes nice mixed in with yogurt, however my headaches and night sweats seemed to get worse when taking it. Maybe I should lower the amount or persevere for longer. I took 1/2 teaspoon a day for 2 weeks.

Je l'ai mélangé dans de l'eau, perso j'ai trouvé que l'amertume était excessive, du coup j'ai mis 1 gramme dans une petite cuillère et j'ai avalé de l'eau par dessus d'un coup et la ça va.
