Patterson Medical Wooden Chair Raisers 7.5cm Set Of 4

Every tbing about these is good apart from the holes for the chair legs. They are tpp shallow,so if you forget they are installef and move the chair bacwards/forwards/sideways the chair leg will come out of the hole csuding the chsir to tilt or even falling over is possible.

These raisers are exactly what I needed for my sofa so much easier for me to stand up from sitting position

Nice to look at and appear robust.If the size of your settee “feet” fall between the options and you therefore have to use a bigger sized hole, be careful! If you accidentally apply pressure against the corner of the settee the raiser tips back slightly which might make it unsafe. I think this an issue to do with my settee rather than the product and has not prevented me from ordering a second set.UpdateRotated the raisers and tried a smaller size hole. This is much better, the settee feels really sturdy now. Would recommend.

Good, but different from the description. The latest ones I received are made from light brown bamboo, not dark brown hardwood. But bamboo is strong and hard, so that is good unless you particularly want dark brown. The cubes are 10cm, but due to the recesses they raise the height 7.5cm. Which is a handy raise height. I'm pleased with them, but I thought I should point out what they really are.

Very good quality and sturdy.I wish I'd bought these months ago! A must if in need of storage space.I am using them for my bed.4* as description not totally accurate: Raise is 7.5 cm( not 10). It fits leg width of 3,5 and 7,5cm.Very good value for money.I wish they were stackable.I am aslo happily surprised that these few extra cm make sitting on the bed easier as you don't need to lower down as much.

Made out of strong hardwood cubes with three recesses of different diameters (3,5 and 7.5cm)suitable for chair/bed legs or sofa castors etc. This raises the chair/bed height by 7.5cm which we found made just the right the difference. Fine if that is what you need but no good if you wanted to pile two up on each other (there is a taller alternative available, but very bulky). The dark wood stain goes well with general furniture and the Patterson Medical risers are recommended by the NHS as stable as opposed to plastic risers/"elephant feet" which tend to split and look dreadful.

When first brought used them to higher up table for model railway ,so i could put it over sideboard,to give me more free space,now i have put model railway away i placed them under legs of settee ,this has made a big difference to me as in easier to get up,... from sitting down,reliving me of aching back,so now ordered some more for armchair.now i can relax when sitting down,as i know it will be easier to get up again,thanks to the chair raisers.

These raisers are good solid blocks and quite nicely made. Mine are made from laminated strips of wood whereas those in the photos look as if they are a solid single piece of wood but I am happy with the laminated version.
