Bio D 5 Litre Juniper and Seaweed Laundry Liquid

I have been having this product delivered on a regular order, and was completely satisfied until the latest shipment August 2020. This consignment was very watery and seems diluted to previous purchases. The tamperproof cap came off in one, and didn't twist off in usual way. I have seen other customers posting reviews that they felt somewhere in the chain the product has 'seemingly' been diluted.I have been using Bio D for many years and been completely satisfied, I am considering purchasing from elsewhere after this delivery.

We have used it for the past 3 years from the 5 ltr containers and have just changed over to this size its easier to handle

I bought this in bulk to save on unnecessary plastic, but I don’t like this as much as the big brands available in the supermarket as you cannot smell the fragrance once the clothes are dry like you can with other brands, and I have to use a lot more than I would normally

I do like this liquid and the aroma but i am going to buy the powder version as it contains less plastic in the packaging. I bought a litre to try before buying the larger containers but then I realised that there is probably the same amount of plastic in the larger one than in 5 smaller ones. Oh dear i can but try. Paper sacks like potato sacks would be perfect! :)

Meh, smells nice in the bottle, but even coupled with the conditioner and you can't smell it after the was is done. 😐

Really wanted to try this product and be more ecological but ... what's the point of washing powder that doesn't clean clothes?? Fragrance sounds lovely but none of it seems to come out in the clothes. Waste of money.

Tried it for the first time yesterday..... really great, a nice natural smell ( ok so its reminiscent of a walk along the coast) but for me its lovely. It is non-bio, so do not expect it to get those nasty 21st century chemical, synthetic stains out with just one wash but if you are serious about being eco friendly this is the BEST washing liquid ever, about half that of a bio liquid does the job (on everday stains, not biro, ink etc) and... the container is recyclable in 80% of areas too!
