I cannot fault MiniSun for their customer service, nor their impressive value for money, but I would not describe the bulb as producing a "warm white" light (and it's, objectively, far off the yellow pictured on their packaging).The first bulb I received from them seemed far too white, which I assumed was a fault of the product itself. Beforehand, I'd had a lightbulb fitted to the lamp from a supermarket that operates locally on the high street, which emitted the "warm white" that I expected MiniSun's lightbulb to produce. Alas, this was not the case; two of my flatmates who saw the new MiniSun lightbulb also commented that it produced a light closer to the "pure white" Christmas lights that we despise so greatly.I contacted MiniSun to give them feedback regarding this and they (impressively) responded almost immediately and with perfect decorum, mentioning I likely received the "cool white" lightbulb by error, and that they would send a replacement ASAP. It's purely for this correspondence that I've not rated them lower; I would usually expect to sacrifice "quality of service" for "value of money", and this was not completely the case here.Unfortunately, the lightbulb I initially received was the "warm white" lightbulb, as the replacement produces an identical light. While often pedantic, I've continued using the lightbulb as its dimmable feature was of greater value to me... So, I would still recommend those likeminded (and equally frugal) to purchase from MiniSun, but to bear the above in mind in doing so. Those more greatly pedantic (and not as frugal), perhaps look at opening the purse-strings a little wider.

These are good value dimmable bulbs and work well in my lamp. When I ordered I didn't realise there were 2 in a packet and ordered 2x quantity so ended up with 4, but I have kept them all as they will get used eventually, just something to be careful of when ordering. Good value, sturdy and arrived quickly.
