Had to go out and buy a digital thermometer as I’m tired of having to keep going out to buy plastic colour reading thermometers, yes the do the trick but very hard to hold it on child’s head. The process of getting a temperature is very quick with this machine. Hold the button down 4-5 seconds and you’re done. Really happy.

This is easier to use than my more expensive brand named one. It has ear piece or forehead so can still be used if you can’t get near their ears! Also not obtrusive if they are asleep. No disposible covers for in ear bit - haven’t tried ones from other thermometer but they might fit if I’m feeling fussy or ears are waxy.

Excellent service delivered swiftly.Packaging was securely sealed. Thermometer comes in a soft drawstring pouch to keep it clean when storing.Clear simple instructions provided as well as batteries.Very happy with this product, surpassed me expectations.

I am disabled and get a lot of illnesses and so we have to take my temperature quite a lot!! The first thing we noticed was the forehead temp was very different to both the ear temps and even then each ear had a very different temp. A month on and it doesnt even bleep when its read the temp now. Not a product you can be confident in and would definately not recommend.Update to review.CocoBear sent me a replacement thermometer and it works perfectly, thank you.Excellent customer service, i would recommend this company to anyone.

I only just bought this in anticipation of virals and infections and have already had a chance to use it.Having struggled with different types of thermometers on young children, this was just brilliant and so easy to use.No more struggling with a sleepy sick child either getting them to open their mouth or multiple attempts to stick the thermometer in their ear. Just aim for the forehead and hold the button and hey presto you have the reading in 2 seconds. Bonus- no need to switch the light on as you can read it in the dark.It is easy to switch between the non contact mode and the ear probe mode and although I plan on using the non contact mode, I did check and found both the readings consistent.I feel better prepared for winter and am very pleased with this product.

My youngest keeps getting these nasty viral infections and getting temperatures. It was difficult to get a reading with the armpit kind I've had for years which showed different to the doctor's ear ones so I got this too make life easier and I'm glad I did it's so easy, shows up red with a high temp and my little boy likes trying it on me after him it's so easy even for a 2 year old! Wpuld deffinetly recommend to anyone considering it. Came with batteries too!

Great thermometer for my little one. I haven't used it yet as I'm still awaiting my little one to arrive but tested and accurate.

Can be tempremental at times. Not to be used for children under 12 months. I can’t remember reading this on the description. Needed it for a prem baby but kept it anyway.
