Been taking these for a year now. Love them. Small enough to take daily. Absorbtion is not like the liquid form, but still does what I need it to do. The quality of the packaging is great. The vitamin has just what you need for an effective daily supplement, and it has just a slight sweet taste when you put it in your mouth to swallow.

I was iffy but decided to try it out for the first time ever my D3 wasn't low since 2003. I feel better there is no taste then again it's not like I'm chewing on them even my stomach feels better. I would totally suggest this if your a vet dealing with the VA and they give you the D3 meds your body needs the K2 to absorb it it's just basic body chemistry. This isn't going to fix the world but D does make you feel better and honestly that's a hard thing to do for veterans.

I have only been taking a few weeks so I have not noticed any major improvements but I plan to continue to take them. I like that the pill is easy to swallow and has no taste or aftertaste. Does not upset my stomach at all.

It’s nice having D3, K2 and magnesium all rolled into one. Super easy to take. My only wish is that it came in a larger package size. Also, it looks like this is identical to the pink bottle that the company also sells.
