They re 75-90cm tall, sadly both failed to survive the UKs winter. ☹️

Q: Are these palms better growing in full sun.

I have seen similar ones grown near where I live in sun most of the day. I think that they probably grow well in full sun or partial shade. I had a similar one died when growing outside after it was well established in a winter with two or three spells of snow and temperatures around zero for a week at a time. That is the main danger. They should survive if kept in a pot and put in a greenhouse during the winter months, provided that they are kept moist and the greenhouse does not freeze.

I bought 2 and planted in June. Excellent though they’re very hardy and always looked great, I’ve had 2-years and they’ve survived boiling summers and harsh winters
