I bought these on the suggestion from someone else to wear whilst playing rugby. I bought a pair for both top and bottom set and whilst not super comfy, I could trim them down to size easily and this made them much more comfortable. They gave me confidence to play so I didn't have to worry about my braces being damaged or damaging my mouth/lips/cheeks.If you have the money, I would suggest getting another spare. As an experienced self-fitting mouthguard wearer, these were a little more tricky to manage with braces. I managed the first set fine but messed up the bottom one first time round.

Purchased for my daughter for secondary school. Followed instructions with hot water, bite fit then cool off in cold water to mold.Mouth shield to long in length, so had to trim a few times to improve fit. For once a week use its ok.

It does the job but I found it too big for my mouth. Tried to trim it with scissors and it helped a little bit. Also I though it would come with both upper and lower mouth guard but it’s only the upper one. adapted okay to my teeth though

Excellent item. A few years ago I used a fitted dentists grind guard which was very expensive and worked. With my new one, after following the English worded preparation instructions I lay down in bed and after a while my jaw no longer felt like it was being held on by a thin tendon. The huge pain was mostly gone. After one night. Maybe I just got lucky. Since it is a product I chew on for 8 hours a night i'd be happy to get a couple of weeks use out of it. It fitted me fine. Cut it down to size if it's too big - have you never watched a dentist file down a false tooth ?

The product was very thick not comfortable enough to fit in a mouth. I have had mouth guards from dentist before and they are suppose to thin and easy to mould into. But this was nothing like it I couldn’t use it as it was uncomfortable. I know it’s a cheap product so you get what you pay for.

Took a few attempts to mould to my bros mouth (bought it for him)Was sparring with him and he took a clean jab to the mouth, he was cool with it, and took it like a champ.You'd be surprised how much a small piece of safety can improve a child's confidence to partake in an activity.No regrets, this item has improved our bond simply through engagement in activities, I couldn't put a price on that. 5/5

Bought for my son for school sports but when it arrived and I took it out of the case to mould it, it was covered in blue ink which fortunately I noticed on my hand before it went in my sons mouth.

Bought for my son no problems at all has been wearing it for a few weeks with no issues
