My first batch of bread turned out beautiful

I've used this set to make several loaves of sourdough bread and it works great. The baskets are the perfect size for my sourdough recipe. The lame cuts perfect slices on the top of the bread, the scraper is useful and the bench knife is great for scraping the dough from a counter. The silicone bread sling makes putting the bread into my dutch oven so much easier than doing it with parchment paper.

Decent starter set. The oval banneton is too small in my opinion. Otherwise good value for the money

I absolutely love this set! It's upgraded my baking game. The proofing baskets clean up super easy. I love the little lifting thing - it's so much easier to get my bread out now! It has all the tools you need to make a great load of bread and then some.

Nice all in one sourdough bread kit… the baskets are fairly good size (a little on the small side) but still perfect if you’re dividing up a big batch into two smaller loaves. They were easy to flour and they release the dough easily. I enjoy the nonslip mat and all of the accessories that came with it.. it’s a good value for what you get here.

The reason I purchased this set is because it has a sling. I wanted the sling for baking bread so the bottom doesn’t burn. This sling was supposed to keep the bottom of the bread from burning, lift the bread out in the sling with bare hands and the description says the sling can be heated to 500 degrees, it says on the sling, 240c which is 464 degrees. The bottom of the bread still burns. It kinda defeated the purpose of why I wanted the sling! The rest of the items are of good quality.

Everything in this set will make your bread making better, easier and prettier. I really like the silicone sling for transferring the dough. The bannetons make a beautiful loaf that no one will believe you made. It's a great set and a great value.
